Dr. Craig Canton, Melinda, Katie & Cameron

Dr. Craig Canton Senior Pastor Dr. Craig Canton joined our staff in June 2010. During his nearly twenty years in ministry, he has served and led churches in Texas, South Carolina, and Ohio. Craig has earned degrees at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (D.Min., 2009), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div. BL, 2000), and Baylor University (B.A., 1994). While attending Baylor University, he met his beautiful wife Melinda. The Cantons have two amazing daughters, Katie and Cameron. Craig enjoys spending time with his family, music, video games, reading, and hiking and camping. Craig is excited about the days to come under his leadership as Northwest focuses on connecting with God, connecting with people, and serving God in ministry.

Al, Lisa, Jolie, & Lana

Al Paulson Student Minister Al Paulson is our Minister of Students. He and his wife Lisa have two children, Jolie Anne and Lana LaNell. Al is a native Floridian and received his bachelor's degree from the Baptist College of Florida. He has a master's degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Al has been with Northwest Baptist Church since March of 2008. |
